You may have up to 6 guests total. 


If you are renting our venue for a private event, you can bring up to 125 guests depending on which package you choose.


We have packages for 6-40 guests and 40-125 guests. 


Yes, you can bring in beer/wine. Hard alcohol is limited to private events only and must be served by an insured bartender. 


Only golf balls supplied by The 19th Parlor may be used. You may bring your own club or use ours.

When hitting off a tee, only the plastic tees provided by the facility are permitted. Wooden tees are not allowed, as they can snap upon impact and may strike or damage the simulator screen. 



Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. However, you are responsible for keeping the space clean and tidy throughout your visit. Please clean up after yourself and promptly inform staff of any spills, damage, or accidents caused by you or anyone in your group. All items brought into the facility — including food, drinks, bottles, cans, and containers — must be removed with you at the end of your rental period. 


Guests must book in advance. We offer rentals daily 9am-10pm except when we close for a private event. Members have access 24/7.


Players use real golf balls and real golf clubs while using the simulator. All participants should remain aware of their surroundings and ensure the hitting area is completely clear before taking a swing. For safety, all guests should stay out of the designated hitting zone to avoid being struck by a club during a swing. The 19th Parlor is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from participant actions or misuse of the facility.


All private events require a $300 deposit.


Your rental time is the exact time you will be allowed in the venue so the time you book must include all set up and clean up time. At the end of your event time, the venue must be completely back in order and ready for the next event/booking.


You must be 18 years or older to book. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. 


Private events will have one staff member present at all times. 


Hourly rentals may or may not have a staff member present. If you need assistance, we have on call help.


About 1 person per hour.
